CONCEPT
VOLLEYBALL LOVE is made up of three memories from my past. The first story, HAPPY ACCIDENT, outlines the beginning of my love for volleyball in elementary school. In DROWNING my painful struggle in college with an abusive coach led me to feel powerless. Last, I met a great coach, SWEET POTATO, who trained me with empathy and patience and helped to solidify my love for the sport. All of the experiences and struggles from these different stages of my life shaped my personality, taught me lessons, and gave me the courage to face these challenges head on.
